1. Head down to Levi’s® Orchard Central, ION Orchard or Raffles City stores to collect your pair of Levi’s® shoes and official entry form from 4 - 30 October (10am - 9pm). 
2. A $50 cash deposit is required at point of shoe collection. $35 cash will be refunded upon submission of the shoe design, along with a $15 Levi’s® footwear voucher.
3. Shoe designs must be submitted by 31 October (9pm), together with the official entry form.
4. Chosen designs will be showcased at Orchard Central from 7 -13 November and finalists will get to craft their designs at the finals held at Orchard Central on 12 November.

• Head down to Orchard Central (directly outside the Levi’s® store, #01-08) from 7 - 12 November and vote for your favourite Levi’s® shoe design!
• Stand to win attractive prizes from Levi’s® if your favorite design wins!

• The competition is open to Singapore residents and PRs.
• Collection of shoes must be done from 4 - 30 October (10am - 9pm) from Levi’s® Orchard Central, ION Orchard or Raffles City.
• Shoe designs must be submitted by 31 October (9pm), together with the official entry form.
• Collection and submission of shoes must be done at the same Levi’s® store.
• Participants must design and submit only the left side of the shoe.
• Participants are allowed to submit as many shoe designs as they wish, but only the left side of the shoe will be accepted. 
• A $50 cash deposit is required at point of shoe collection. $35 cash will be refunded upon submission of the shoe design, along with a $15 Levi’s® footwear voucher.
• $35 cash will be forfeited if participants do not submit their shoe designs before the deadline of 31 October (9pm).
• Incomplete shoe designs or entry forms will be disqualified.
  
• Late submissions will not be accepted or entertained.
  
• Prizes are non-transferable for cash or in-kind of a different type.
  
• Finalists will be notified via email or phone by 2 November.
  
• Chosen designs by the top finalists will be showcased at Orchard Central from 7 - 13 November.
  
• Finalists will have to be present to design the right side of the shoe at the finals held at Orchard Central on 12 November. Those who fail to turn up will be automatically disqualified.
  
• Finalists will have to bring their own materials to design their shoes at the finals held at Orchard Central on 12 November.
  
• Staff and immediate family members of Jay Gee Enterprises (Pte) Ltd and Levi Strauss Asia Pacific Division Pte Ltd are not allowed to enter the competition.
  
• Levi's® reserves the rights to change, amend or withdraw the terms and conditions of the competition without prior notice.
  
• In the event of any dispute, the management's decision is final.
