What are the perks of having a Levi’s account?

Having a Levi's® account lets you save payment and shipping information, and helps you track your orders. We'll also save your purchase history so it's easy to reorder your favorite pieces. All details you add to your profile are completely confidential, as per our Privacy Policy.

Can I add or delete a shipping or billing address?

Yes. Once you’ve created an account and are signed in, you can go to the ‘Shipping Addresses’ section under ‘My Account’. From there, you can add, edit, or remove saved addresses. To add new addresses, click on ‘ADD A NEW ADDRESS’. To edit a saved address, click on ‘Edit’. To remove a saved address, click on the ‘REMOVE’ button under the address you wish to modify.

What is the Levi’s® Red Tab™ Member Program?

The Levi’s® Red Tab™ Member Program is a free membership program open to all. As a registered member, you’ll get 10% off all regular-priced items, plus gain early access to new and exclusive collections. Members also get birthday rewards and invites to curated members-only events.

Levi’s® Red Tab™ Member benefits are applicable in Singapore for purchases made in-store and on Levi.com.sg.

How do I use my 10% member discount?

As a Levi’s® Red Tab™ Member, you get 10% off all regular-priced items. This 10% discount is applicable for purchases made in-store and on Levi.com.sg.

To unlock this reward, sign up for the Levi’s® Red Tab™ Member Program. Upon successful registration, your 10% discount voucher will be added to your profile.

To use your 10% discount, apply your member discount voucher at the checkout page whenever you shop on Levi.com.sg.

If you’re shopping in-store, you just need to quote the phone number registered with your account to our store assistant.

Can I use my 10% member discount or 20% Birthday reward with other vouchers?

Members-only discount privileges cannot be used in conjunction with any other sales, discounts, promotions, codes, coupons and/or offers unless otherwise stated.

How do I check my current Levi’s® Red Tab™ Member rewards and make changes to my account info?

To check your member rewards and vouchers, log in to your Levi’s® Red Tab™ Member account and click on ‘My Vouchers’. On this page, you’ll be able to see all your available vouchers including your 10% member’s discount voucher.

To modify your details, click ‘My Profile’ to update your shipping address, phone number and other account info.

When will I receive my Birthday Voucher?

You will receive a 20% discount voucher per year (“Birthday Voucher”) for spending at qualifying store locations or online at www.levi.com.sg during your birthday month, to be used on regular priced items only.

Birthday Vouchers will be issued on the first day of each relevant calendar month. Members who register during their birthday month will receive their first Birthday Voucher on the first day of their birthday month in the following year.

Is there an expiry date to my membership?

You can enjoy the Levi’s® Red Tab™ Member benefits all year round. However, LS&Co. reserves the right to change, suspend, or terminate the Program or any of its associated Terms at any time and in any manner with or without notice.

I do not wish to continue my membership with Levi’s® Red Tab™, how should I proceed?
