This season, every single piece is made with 100% transitional cotton—a.k.a. cotton on its way to becoming organically grown, a process that takes about three years.

By supporting these farming practices during their time of transition, we’re investing in local communities and reducing the negative environmental impacts of synthetic fertilizers, pesticides and genetically modified seeds.

Our entire collection is made with plant-based dyes, including a new innovative black pigment dye. Made from wood waste manufactured in a closed-loop facility, it replaces petroleum-based ink, reducing our reliance on fossil fuels.

Each and every component of a WellThread® garment’s anatomy—from the fabric to the iconic Levi’s® Two Horse patch to the zippers and buttons— can be recycled in communities that have appropriate recycling facilities.
